做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
