做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
