做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
