做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
