做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
