做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
