做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
