做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
