做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
