做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
