做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。
