做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
