做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
