做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
