做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
