做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
