做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
