做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
