做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
