做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
