做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
