做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
