做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。
