做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
