做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
