做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
