做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
