做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
