做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
