做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
