做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
