做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
