做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
