做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
