做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
