做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
