做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
