做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
