做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
