做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
