做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
