做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
