做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
