做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
