做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
