做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
