做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
