做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
