做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
