做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
